mammoth800parts RETURN POLICY (except for off road vehicles)
Unauthorized returns will be refused, please let us know you are returning something to us by calling us at (802) 645 9100
We will not accept any returns after 30 days so please inspect your order upon receipt.
We will not accept for return any part worth less than $5.00 unless it is defective, or we made an error looking the part up (it costs you more than that to handle it).
Electrical parts are not returnable for any reason unless they are defective, or we made an error looking the part up.
Parts that have been fitted cannot be returned unless they are defective, all parts must be returned in their original boxes, bags etc. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all accepted returns (cores excepted) and freight is not refundable.
All items purchased through an ebay auction and returned (only new parts not used parts may be returned) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and fees charged by ebay. Freight is not refundable.
Should you receive a damaged package or part please notify UPS, USPS or carrier immediately and then call us so that we can help you correct the problem.
Truck orders must be inspected upon receipt, if there is any damage it must be noted on the bill of lading. If damages is found after the shipment is accepted you must notify the carrier within 48 hours to file a concealed damage claim.
All returns must include a copy of the invoice. If a copy of the original invoice is not supplied the return will not be processed and the parts will be sent back to you.
Warrantee Policy on all unassembled off road vehicles
Please note that there are no returns on off road vehicles what so ever, or for any reason what so ever. All unassembled vehicles are cover by a 3 months parts replacement only and 6 months parts replacement on engine components only. No labor warranty is provided. Replacement parts are warranted by the manufacturer only. The manufacturer has the final say on what items will be replaced under warranty. All faulty items from off road vehicles must be returned to manufacturer before replacement parts can be supplied under warrantee. Shipping of parts and the cost of shipping is the customer responsibility. Manufacture will pay shipping cost of replacement parts sent. Buy purchasing any off road vehicle online you are agreeing to these terms. We will always endeavor to help with any warranty claims and/or problems.
