This kit relocates cooling fan switch and adds a thermostat to cooling system which results in more constant engine temp and better cooling. Kit comes with a new and more accurate cooling fan sensor, wiring, thermostat, gasket, temp gauge recalibration kit and instructions.

Some say you don't need a thermostat .... so why do 99% of engine manufactures install and require a thermostat?
The truth is that an engine operates best at a constant temperature. (Most carb engines like to run around 160-180 F, fuel injected engines at around 190-195 F) The thermostat simply regulates the flow of the coolant though the cooling system. If the coolant flows through the system too fast the coolant doesn't "pick up" all the heat from the engine and dissipates the heat though the radiator. By regulating the coolant with the thermostat the engine is kept at a constant temp. The engine will warm up quicker and heat will be dissipated from the cooling system better.

Is your engine covered in dust (like the picture above) or do you operate your Mammoth in dusty conditions, well that's what you engine is breathing ... Dust. Dust will quickly clog you air filter and it will get inside your engine which will shorten its life. Install our Air Intake Snorkel Kit which will bring in air from above where it is cleaner. It also brings in cool air instead of breathing the hot air around the engine. Kit comes with all parts required including a prefilter, instructions and hardware. You will need a 2 1/2" hole saw or another method to cut a 2 1/2" hole in the plastic side cover. We suggest you also purchase a new quality air filter (listed below) that seals better in the air cleaner assembly.

Did you know that water can get into the rear axle bearings? We have a repair kit to solve that issue. The kit includes 2 machined rear hubs and seals. You will send us back your rear hubs once you have fitted this kit. A core charge of $90 will be charged and will be returned to you once we have received your returned hubs.
