You have been charged an exchange core charge of $300 on the rebuilt clutches to insure the return of your old units to us for rebuilding. We must receive your returned rebuildable clutch units within TWO WEEKS of our shipping date to you of the Rebuilt Exchange Clutch units. If we do not receive them within the two weeks you will forfeit the core charge. If any of the clutch units that you return to us are not rebuildable you will be charged the full retail price of the non rebuildable clutch. If you do not return the core clutches to us you will be charged  full retail price of the a new clutch or clutches.

The clutch puller tools are supplied as a courtesy to you to help in the removal of your clutches and must be returned to us with the returned clutches. If the clutch pullers are damaged or not returned to us, you will be charged the full current retail price of the tools.

You are responsible to make sure that the returned clutches are boxed and packed correctly and that they will not make contact with each other so as to cause damage to the clutches in any way.

You are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs associated with the returning of the cores.
